* What is the estimated delivery time?
We typically ship the order on the following day or sooner (excluding weekends and holidays). The estimated time for delivery is then 1-2 business days.
* How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to you, with a tracking number.
* There is a problem with my order. What should I do?
For these types of individual issues, we recommend that you contact us.
* Is it possible to collect my order?
As we do not have a physical store this option is currently not available.
* How much would I need to spend to get free shipping?
Orders with a value above 80€ qualify for free shipping. This only applies to orders within Finland.
* I would like to return a product. How do I do this?
Instructions on how to return an item, along with information about returns and refunds, can be found in the Returns Policy section.
* I’m interested in a product you sell, but it’s out of stock. When might it be available again?
You are welcome to send us an email with the game/s you’re interested in. If we re-stock it we will contact you.
* I would like to unsubscribe to your newsletter. How do I do that?
To unsubscribe, first log in to your account and go to Information. Untick the box that says “sign up for our newsletter” and press Save.
* How do I change my password?
To change your password, first log in to your account and go to Information. On this page you will see a box that says New Password. Type in the new password into this field and click Save.
* How do I change my address?
To change your address, first log in to your account and go to Addresses. In here you can change or add and address.
