Due to the General Data Protection Regulation we must advise of the following:
If you create an account at our site the contact information you register there will be stored in our system so that we may process your orders. You may edit or remove the profile itself or any of its contents at any point.
When making a purchase (as a registered user or guest user) an invoice will be generated in our system. This will remain in our system for a minimum of 5 years for legal reasons. A copy of the invoice will be sent to your email and can also be obtained via your account if you have one. When making an order your bank information will be handled exclusively by either Checkout.fi (online payments) or Stripe (card payment)s.
Our system we use for our website is able to display when a registered user is online as well as the contents of their shopping basket. This feature is not actively used to monitor individual user activity but may be used to check overall number of visitors. Your data will never be used for profiling or canvassing.
If you sign up for our newsletter we are able to see if you open the newsletter, and whether you click on any of its contents. We do not use this to monitor individual users but may use the overall data to check the amount of users who opened the letter.

Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Returns
At Pelipeikko we offer a 30-day return policy. The item being returned must be sealed and as new with no damage to it, and the customer must cover the cost of the shipping (unless the order was received in a damaged condition). For complete instructions on how to return a product please read our Shipping & Returns page.
The Statutory rights for a product is 24 months. This covers manufacturing faults. Damage caused by wear and tear is not covered.
Failing to collect an order from its pickup location does not qualify as a return. The order must be collected from the post office/pickup point even if you wish to return it. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 15€.
If part of an order with a value of 80€ or more (free shipping) is returned, the customer will then be charged for the shipping cost of 5.50€ unless the items they keep still meet the 80€ mark.
In the case of any dispute regarding an order the customer may seek assistance from the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board www.kuluttajariita.fi
Data Policy
Pelipeikko Oy will collect personal information from you (full name, phone number, postal address and credit card data). We will use your personal data only for the purpose of processing your order and to deliver ordered goods. Your e-mail-address will also be used to inform you about the order status or to send you newsletters if you have signed up for them. We will not share or sell your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Pelipeikko OY reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices our products, or withdraw them completely without prior notice.
