Orders will be sent on the same or following working day. Once shipped we will send you a tracking number by email. Delivery time is typically 1-3 days, however, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier complications, or holiday-related delays.
The cost of shipping is 5.50€. Shipping is free on orders over 80€. The prices apply to orders made within Finland only.
If returning part of an order with free shipping you may be charged for the shipping cost (5.50€). For example, if you order 2 games with a value of 40€ each they have a combined value of 80€, which qualifies for free shipping. If you then return 1 game your final order value will be 40€. In this case the free shipping will no longer be valid.
We offer a 30-day return policy. The item being returned must be sealed and as new with no damage to it, and the customer must cover the cost of the shipping (unless the order was received in a damaged condition). Failing to collect an order from its pickup location does not qualify as a return. The order must be collected from the post office/pickup point even if you wish to return it. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 15€.
